The Turtle Room serves children between two and three years of age, depending on each child's development. There are three caregivers with a maximum capacity of 14 children. The Turtle Room's curriculum is designed to encourage stimulation in motor movement, social and emotional development, and creative expression. A basic routine is followed and adapted according to the children's needs and moods. Lessons are derived from both teacher led and child center activities.

- Water, sand, rice, and corn meal sensory table
Social and Emotional Development
- Following basic rules and instructions

Fine Motor Development
- Manipulatives
- Stringing Beads
- Simple Puzzles
Gross Motor Development
- Dancing and marching
- Circle games and songs
- Climbing, jumping, running, and skipping
Language Development
- Reading stories
- Singing songs and saying fingerplays
- Talking and communicating
Self Help Skills
- Eating and cleaning up independently
- Putting on and talking off socks, shoes, coats, etc.
- Potty training (if and when ready)
Creative Expression
- Coloring, painting, scribbling, and drawing
- Dress up and imaginary play
