Rooms
Each room incorporates the needs and developmental materials for the age of the children assigned that room. As you would at home, we provide age appropriate toys and facilities within each room. The number of staff members assigned to each room is based upon guidlines from the state and depends largely upon the number of children in the specific room.
Infant Care
Our care for babies is designed to be an extension of home care with activities designed to meet each baby's needs. We emphasize daily parent and caregiver communication. Play activities are designed to encourage stimulation in large and small muscle development, verbal and cognitive development, and positive social and emotional interactions. Our caregivers strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment in which the children can grow. Infants eat, nap, and play according to their individual needs.
Toddler Care
Our care for toddlers continues to be an extension of home care with activities designed to meet each child's individual development. Diapering and toilet training procedure meet and exceed state requirements for health, safety, and well being of children. Curriculum and play activities are specifically designed to meet each child's developmental growth and needs.
The toddler rooms are arranged to encourage children to safely play with materials and toys independently as well as with each other. We believe that through example, positive guidance, and an appropriate environment, children will thrive and learn to play cooperatively with their peers.
Preschool Care
Our preschool classrooms and curriculum are designed to meet the physical, social emotional, and intellectual needs of the children in our care at a developmentally appropriate level. In meeting these needs, you will see a variety of activities in the following subject areas:
